Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials efficiently within the facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, accuracy, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, shipments, and pallets
• Move materials throughout the warehouse or job site
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate product placement
• Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance or safety issues
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred
• Valid forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials when required
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic warehouse or inventory experience preferred

Schedule

• Full-time
• Day and evening shifts may be available
• Weekend availability may be required depending on workload
