Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a productive, safety-focused team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the facility.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting company standards for safety, accuracy, and performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory management
Supervise, train, and support warehouse personnel
Ensure accurate inventory control and proper product organization
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to meet deadlines
Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements
Enforce company safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and warehouse operations
Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow distribution
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals

Qualifications

Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory systems
Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency with warehouse management software and basic computer systems preferred

Schedule

Full-time position
