We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment and be comfortable handling high call and ticket volumes while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and online ticket systems
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and customer support tickets efficiently
  • Navigate and support customers through e-commerce platforms and order systems
  • Maintain a professional and positive customer experience at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Document customer interactions accurately within company systems

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of phone support experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Gorgias platform
  • Minimum 1 year of Shopify platform experience
  • Minimum 2 years of e-commerce customer support experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and confident phone presence
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product questions over the phone
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable managing high-volume ticket queues and call volume
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
